Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a concession address Wednesday from her alma mater Howard University after she called President-elect Donald Trump and congratulated him on his victory. Harris told supporters she was “so proud of the race we ran and the way we ran it.” Nancy Cordes reports from Washington.
