A federal jury found former Kentucky police detective Brett Hankison guilty of using excessive force in the 2020 Kentucky raid which killed Breonna Taylor. Her death sparked police reform and racial justice protests nationwide. Hankison faces a maximum sentence of life in prison in his March sentencing.
