Congress expected to vote on SBA funding as hurricane victims struggle to recover

Congress is expected this week to vote on billions of dollars of aid for communities damaged by hurricanes and floods earlier this year. The Small Business Administration warned in October that the fund for emergency federal loans was depleted and the Biden administration formally requested nearly $100 billion.
