An Arizona man is in custody after police say he shot at a Democratic party campaign office in Phoenix. Jeffrey Michael Kelly, 60, was arrested Tuesday. Officials say they found more than 200 guns and over 250,000 rounds of ammunition in his home, leading them to say he may have been planning something more.
